The Ghana Audit Service Board has promoted Lawrence Ayagiba to the position of Deputy Auditor-General.
Ms Vera Quarshie has also been appointed as Assistant Auditor-General.
These were contained in a circular signed by the office of the Acting Auditor-General Johnson Akuamoah Asiedu.
The promotions come at a time Mr Daniel Domelevo, the substantive Auditor-General, has been directed by President Akufo-Addo to take his accumulated annual leave of 167 working days effective Wednesday, 1 July 2020.
